Yummy Shawarma is a fast-food outlet located in Lusaka Zambia. We specialize in serving mouthwatering shawarmas, fries, and other fast foods. Our menu is designed to cater to the diverse tastes of Zambians and expats alike, offering a flavorful and convenient dining experience.
EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM.
The main problem which we normally incur is drastic weather changes which will make it difficult for my clients to sit outside because sometimes it will be raining.
Most customers particularly living in Lusaka find it difficult to prepare lunch because their time is limited. There are inadequate places where people can find places to eat. Food from supermarkets is usually not prepared up to standard

SERVICE OR PRODUCT DELIVERABLE:
We buy meat from local butcheries. The meat is marinated with Portuguese spice and placed on the Shawarma machine and heated in high flames until it’s ready to be served. After it’s done, the meat is sliced into smaller pieces. The chef then places sliced meat, lettuce, cucumber, sprinkles cheese, and sauces on the Shawarma bread, wraps it, and puts it in a plastic bag.
DESCRIBE YOUR BEST CUSTOMER: My best customer was a man who ordered 40 shawarma one time and l had to give him a discount and he was very glad.

I chose this business because it has a higher profit margin. Food is a necessity so customers are guaranteed.
