The area supervisor saves a copy of this read-only document to their own device. Then they can make changes without altering the original template. The area supervisor adds the loan amount, monthly payment amount, Rotary Club name, officers, and explains the Club’s repayment (“Donation”) process. The area supervisor and entrepreneur sign the agreement and provide a copy to the entrepreneur, Dalisey Brooks, Prince Mensah, and the Rotary Club. This form is managed by Ben Davidson.
