Executive Couture is a fashion company with 5 staff members. We are a BeSpoke Tailor that deal on all kinds of mid price and Luxury wears, we consult with clients, recommend styles, and produce professional African attires.

I currently have 100+ customers and 8 training students at the moment 

If given the grant I will

 How would this help your business? How will this help your business generate more income?

Currently in the city of Aba there are no quality monogram machines. Most tailors do their monogram outside of town but with this micro loan I will be able to purchase the machine and generator. This will enable capture over 70% of the market when it comes to quality embroidery.

YOUR NET INCOME

For every $100 in revenue the business spends $30 which leaves $($70) in net income (70% margin) after all expenses including self-salary.

The Income Statement contains the first 3 month of the business from March 2024 to March 2025 (with future impact of the grant to the business in the coming months)

SERVICE OR PRODUCT DELIVERABLE:

 I start by using social media and word of mouth to get in customers. 

Next, I discuss, their needs, styles, and budget.

I measure them and receive 50-75% upfront.

Once that is done materials are purchased, the cloth design is laid out and sown by me and my team.

Sometimes customers come in to test their clothes and then it is delivered to them.
